Employees working within business in Novo Nordisk have a wide range of roles and responsibilities ? but all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive continued success of the organisation.During the programme you will work with senior managers within our commercial & marketing functions and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow?s key people in business at Novo Nordisk.We?ve designed the International Operations Business Graduate Programme, so that, following its successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experiences to become a valued and integral part of our company in your home country.The positionDuring the 2-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8-months duration, starting in your home country Pakistan, followed by a combination of either headquarter in Denmark or International Operations Strategic Head Office in Zurich, an International Operations Regional Office or one of our many global affiliates. You will become truly close to the marketplace and will get hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace and be able to impact the business with the acquired commercial understanding.The rotations are shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements and to ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future business leader in Novo Nordisk.Please note: This specific Graduate Programme is targeted at candidates from Pakistan. • A citizenship from Pakistan
• A master?s degree from 2022 or 2023 in a relevant field, for example within business administration, international business, or marketing
• Above average academic achievements
• International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering. If Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g. studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead.
• Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies (max. 3 years work experience in total)
• International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change
• Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learn
• Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
