Job Description

Position HR System and Operations OfficerLocation Karachi OfficeQualification Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.Requirements

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle),ÿ
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the companys HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel transactions.
  • Maintains electronic employee and investigation files.ÿ
  • Acts as initial contact for all labor and employee relations matters and initiates investigations as directed.ÿ
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance audits.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and vendor management.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external payroll service provider to facilitate payroll processing, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery.
