About the job HR ManagerAbout Client: The client company is a one-stop shop for every online media and marketing solution. They collect genuine data and insights through extensive customer research, then use creative expertise and unique ideas to shape your digital strategy, strengthen your online presence, increase awareness of your brand and increase your sales.Position: HR ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesÿ
  • Manage the talent acquisition and talent management process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationÿ
  • Nurture a positive working environment Develop, implement, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceÿ
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits (health insurance, life insurance, loan) programÿ
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Co-ordination with third party stake holders/ consultantsÿ
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metricsÿ
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Take Organization Development initiatives and create good employer branding tacticsÿ
  • All other duties as required/assigned by the senior management?

  • Experience: 5 years
  • Work Timings: 9:30am-6pm
  • Work Days: Monday- Friday
  • Work Mode: ?Onsite - Karachi
  • Salary: 220k + Benefits
