The HR will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Employee relations
  • Training and development
  • HR administration
??Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
  • ?Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Maintain employee records
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
