PMO and Transformation-(2300012259)Job:JOT to updatePrimary Location:Africa & Middle East-Pakistan-KarachiSchedule:Full-timeEmployee Status:PermanentPosting Date:03/Jul/2023, 11:49:03 AMUnposting Date:17/Jul/2023, 10:59:00 PMStrategy?PMO Head will be responsible to provide vision and guidance to team of Project or program managers.?PMO head will be responsible to ensure successful project / program delivery which meets project goals or business transformation objective.?Play a major role in bringing all country senior stakeholders on a single platform to drive and deliver country?s book of work.?Establish and manage Operating model for PMO function.?Challenge cost for the projects to ensure maximum benefit for the bank for the bank and Department in meeting the expectations over the assigned projects?Align with the group / regional directions and strategies considering the local regulatory requirements as well.?Ability to make a strategic recommendation to enhance the success of the projects and report to senior management on progress and development of projects with a clear indication of issues risks mitigation and dependencies.?Lead the Country Projects Review Forum?Provide technology leadership in terms of the Project Book of Work prioritization, Solutioning with various Technology teams and tracking agreed Delivery timelines?Tech transformation Head will be responsible to lead initiatives that impact across the Bank especially in delivering AutomationTech transformation lead will be responsible in working out the required Automation strategy across the organization in terms of RPAs, AI/ML Tools, BI Tools etc. and also drive the data strategy implementation leveraging on our Country Data LakeBusinessAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the stakeholders across the organization?Support (where necessary) different Businesses and Operation department when and where required.?Understand customer needs and assist?Ensure successful delivery of project assigned to team as per the business requirement and to achieve customer satisfaction?Collaborate with Local, Group and Regional teams (where necessary) to ensure successful delivery of projects and bank-wide automation/ data initiativesProcesses?Set / implement and follow standards for project management.?Establish the PMO organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements?Oversee the delegation of work to Project Managers and Subject Matter experts?Projects Monitoring & Reporting?Manage the issues, risks and dependencies, required to articulate mitigations, ÿresolutions plans and drive path forward for high-level work items and work with service delivery leaders to take corrective action as needed?Establish and run Projects forum lead by CEO.?Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within the scope ÿand on budget?Provide strategic recommendation to enhance the success of program/projects?Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to effectively manage cost, resource and overall projects?Help and/or lead the teams involved in deployment of functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system?Develop and ensure governance model in PMO.?Develop and implement country Project Management framework.?Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
