We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator among others.Role Specific DetailsWere hiring for our first hire in Pakistan. As our first employee in Pakistan, you will be responsible for setting up our initial operations, building a team and helping grow the supply side of our marketplace in Pakistan. This role is a critical part of our teams strategy. You need to have the ability to think strategically and find non-obvious trends in the market. However, you should also be ready to get into the weeds and help set up an entirely new market from scratch.Your responsibility will include devising a supply strategy from scratch, building out outreach and account management functions, setting up global logistics, and creating an operations function that can help our suppliers in Pakistan to adhere to quality standards while fulfilling global demand.You need to have high autonomy and ownership and be able to work directly with our founders and help establish the direction for Fleeks operational initiatives.You need to be scrappy, innovative and an analytical thinker. Insights into Karachi Export Zone and the Used Clothing Market is a bonus.
