Our services connect users of Banks, Payment Schemes, EMIS, PSO/PSP & Mobile Network Operators to their platform creating one of the countrys largest userbasesAs the Head of Marketing, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing brand equity, expanding market presence, and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.2. Oversee brand strategy and management to enhance brand positioning and recognition.3. Manage media, content, and creative direction to ensure compelling and consistent brand messaging.4. Coordinate PR efforts to maintain a positive brand image and handle crisis communications.5. Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate marketing partnerships for brand amplification.6. Utilize social media and social listening tools to drive engagement and brand visibility.7. Foster partnerships, plan and execute events to enhance brand presence and customer outreach.8. Manage internal communications strategies to align teams with marketing initiatives.9. Implement UI/UX strategies across theirs app, website, and various mediums to enhance user experience and engagement.10. Lead and manage the creative team, providing direction, support, and guidance to achieve marketing goals.Requirements:1. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on conventional and digital marketing.2. Proficiency in conventional marketing and advertising strategies.3. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing methodologies.4. Strong business acumen with a focus on brand development and brand equity.5. Skills in Communication, Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Campaign Strategies, Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Management, Community Management, Business Marketing, Strategic Marketing Management, Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing, Social Media Marketing.6. Proficiency in UI/UX strategies to enhance user experience across platforms.7. Experience in managing creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.9.
