Head - FCSO Pakistan-(2300014623)Job:OperationsPrimary Location:Africa & Middle East-Pakistan-KarachiSchedule:Full-timeEmployee Status:PermanentPosting Date:10/Aug/2023, 4:39:33 AMUnposting Date:24/Aug/2023, 10:59:00 PMRole Purpose úDischarge the key responsibilities of the Process Owner at Country-level for the FCSO processes as set out in the ERMF, as it relates to:úIdentification and management of the FCSO processes and associated risks including activities which are carried out by other businesses or functions, or which are hubbed or outsourced;úImplementing the RCSA to monitor the effectiveness of the controls and standards governing the end-to-end process;úBeing responsible to the Process Universe Owner, Risk Framework or Policy Owners, and implementing the control requirements applicable to the process;úEscalating significant risks and issues to the Process Universe Owners, relevant RFO or Policy OwnersÿAccountabilitiesúDischarge the key responsibilities of the Process Owner at country-level for the FCSO processes as set out in the ERMF, as it relates to:úAdherence of processes to all applicable Risk Type Frameworks (including FCC, Compliance, Operational...) set by the respective Group RFOsúIdentification and Mitigation of the applicable Risk sub-typesúCountry-level responsibility of the end-to-end processes and controls to the Process Universe Owner, Risk Framework or Policy Owners, FCSO Group Process Owner and Regional FCSO HeadúAccountable for managing the Country FCSO process within approved Group and Country risk appetite, and breach escalationúUpdate and maintenance of the case disposition delegation of authoritiesúAdherence to local and extra-territorial regulatory obligationsúImplementation of the Group policies/standards and Country Addendum (from 2LOD) and Group DOI/guidance and Country variation (from 1LOD) to mitigate the applicable risks and risk sub-types, in line with local country FCC regulationsúImplementation of the control requirements applicable to the process;úAssessment, Monitoring and Mitigation of FCC risks (i.e RCSA)úManagement of all risk mitigants including activities carried out by other businesses or functions, or which are hubbed or outsourcedúIdentification of the most significant current and emerging FC related threats to the country (Horizon scanning)úInput to Group risk assessmentsúDefining, gathering and processing risk data related to FCSO processes to meet the Group?s risk reporting requirementsúEnabling the knowledge, skills and behaviour that are required to ensure Staff are fully equipped to address all applicable risksúAddress unique challenges/internal events/external events that may arise and need to be handled.úEscalating significant risks and issues to the Process Universe Owner, Risk Framework, Policy Owners, FCSO Group Process Owner and Regional FCSO HeadúProvision of country overlay to proposals submitted by Group FSCO process owners, including:úTransaction monitoring thresholds proposed by SPOT team with appropriate rationale for thresholds
