A Sales Support (e-Scential) Executive with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and an essential member of our regional Fragrance Consumer Products Sales & Library team, and supporting strategic Fragrance development projects for our customers in Pakistan, while based in our Karachi office -?Your future position?Fragrance is at the heart of Givaudan. Givaudan Consumer Products (CP?s) are, more often than not, responsible for?carrying you through the olfactive journey of your day.Givaudans CP teams are present in every region of the world. Years of experience have resulted in an innate knowledge of consumer preferences depending on the segment and geographical location. Our fragrance CP teams work together to create the success that Givaudan thrives on and brings together various skill sets ? Sales, Creation and Evaluation, Consumer & Market Insights, Marketing, Sampling, Pricing, Application,?Library (Gallery), Customer Relations, Operations/Production, and QC. We have a selection of key competencies present in each region.Our Fragrance development team houses Evaluator?s who are olfactive development specialists, Marketeers, Consumer & Market Insights specialists, and Library (Gallery) & Best Practices teams who collaborate closely with our Perfumers and Customers to create winning fragrances. To do so, the development team analyses current olfactive trends, forecast future trends and assess consumer preferences.To further support our new ways of working in the Middle East & North Africa(MENA) region and manage some key strategic fragrance development & sales initiatives (called e-Scential), we are currently looking to expand our small, friendly, and fabulous Fragrance Consumer Products Sales & Library team in Pakistan and hiring for a new??Sales Support Executive??role.In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Fragrance Consumer Products Sales and Fragrance Creation & Development teams in Pakistan and Dubai, play an essential role in the team, provide critical support,?develop an intimate understanding of the Givaudan fragrance briefing and project management systems, and manage the best in class fragrance library for Pakistan. You will have the opportunity to make an?impactful contribution to winning fragrance project opportunities for our key Customers, to help to achieve the Givaudan purpose and commercial objectives for Pakistan.You will be based in our Karachi office in Pakistan. You will directly report to the Fragrances Consumer?Products Area Sales Manager for the Gulf and who is also the Givaudan Country Manager for Pakistan, and based in Dubai.You will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day.   • Support strategic initiatives for specific fragrance development projects and sample requests for?Pakistan, from initiation to completion and submission preparation.
  • Manage sales administrative tasks.
  • Support the business for sourcing market products, information, creative and technical needs.
  • Prepare and maintain price quotations and ensure accuracy on our internal systems.
Service our Customers:
  • Respond to all Customer enquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, and follow up.
  • Provide business teams with information on Customers requests, insights, and communications.
  • Use your skills to support the Key Account Managers in keeping our Customers happy.?
Improve the bottom line:
  • Coordinate and update the tracking tools for reporting.?
  • Maintain the data accuracy of reports.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and support project management reporting.
Manage and maintain the fragrance library collection for Pakistan:
  • Manage the data, oil stock, and illustrations for the fragrance library
  • Maintain the quality of internal fragrance database tools according to business needs.
  • Organise the oil and illustrations of new fragrance entries in the library.
  • Regularly update and replenish the fragrance illustrations and library collection portfolio.
  • Organise and conduct cross-category fragrance sharing and validation sessions regularly with the?various fragrance development teams.?

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to bring about more awareness and ?internal selling? of the?strategic fragrance development projects.?
  • Analyse data to identify meaningful insights.
  • Create easy to understand reports and presentations.
  • Manage priorities for yourself and the sales team.
