You?ll help us improve, inject innovation and build new ways of working that span the whole world.PURPOSEEnabling strategic decision-making by performing financial analysis and supporting the Finance Director in providing financial support and oversight over entire Income Statement.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES?Support the Finance & Business Organization with financial planning and reporting related processes and questions within the relevant scope under responsibility (market or cluster)?Lead the collection of business & financial assumptions from market/category and ensure their proper translation in financial information during financial cycles (actuals and forecast)?Translate strategic plan and operational business plan into financial plans which support local market/category strategy.?Support accurate and reliable financial statements and forecast by overseeing day-to-day activities in financial planning and reporting.?Financial Planning and Forecasting?Support the Finance cycles management (OB/RF) in collaboration with market management.?Monitor and control budget to ensure expenditure is in accordance with the plan. Perform timely and accurate financial analysis including variance analysis to support regular/monthly financial reviews.?Lead scenarios and simulations preparation to support decision making, with focus on revenue management & investment prioritization.?Provide financial analysis and insights to market / region / global finance teams.?Assessment of impact and scenarios through modelling leading to sound proposals & decision making.?Support KPI calculation and reporting, management of the data collection process?Financial Reporting. Analyze deviations and provide analysis and comments for financial reporting.?Drive efficient reporting processes and ensure adequate controls established.?Governance?Provide relevant financial information to Finance Director and highlight issues on time to give them ample time to react and to come up with the solutions to the matters on hand.?Liaise with proper functions in case more advanced analytics, reports or changes in data structure is needed.?Ensures effective cooperation with Controlling Process Governance team for reports, analysis and ad hoc request needs to support market demand.?Ensures best practice sharing and market support in case of business model / process changes.?Ensure dynamic, agile, talented team with strong business acumen and digital capabilities.?Collaborate with other departments and provide timely advice on the financial impact of their plans, projects, or course of action, and ensure that all transactions are executed and recorded in line with external and internal control policies.?Liaise with region to ensure that policies and financial reporting requirements are implemented locally, ensure SOX compliance for Finance related processes.?Support all controlling activities in managing PMI exposure to financial-related risks, including ensuring best use of company financial resources, safeguarding of company assets, and reducing the risk of fraud.WHO WE?RE LOOKING FOR?High performer with strong analytical capabilities and broad Finance knowledge (across P&L, BS, CF)?Advanced level of business savviness, good communication skills, and excellent prioritization skills?Leadership and process related capabilities (i.e. engagement, pro-activity, agility, solution orientation)?Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel) and knowledge of operating systems.?Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.?A driven, committed and passionate individual who will level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
