Our teams and networks stretch across the United States, and have extended its reach to Ukraine & the Middle East.The financial controller will be responsible for managing the companys financial operations (USA), including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. They will have to ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely and that financial reports are prepared in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

  • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Merger and Acquisition
  • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
  • Preparing company tax statements (US Taxation)
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations of USA
  • Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice after companys evaluation.
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
Job Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
  • 4+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Advanced degree in accounting
  • CA˙or CMA or ACCA preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (local & international)
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills˙
