Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Mar 20 2023 Education, Experience & Skills: CA (Qualified/Finalist), ACCA or MBA with industry experience up to 3 years Deep understanding of IFRS and local accounting and reporting process Strong Analytical Skills Key Responsibilities: Review submissions of monthly, quarterly, annual management and statutory financial statements Support in preparation of supplementary Board papers on quarterly basis related to key business matters and statutory requirements. Assist in smooth month end closing exercise by coordinating effectively with ICSS and other relevant functions to ensure appropriate entries have been recorded Review and report on significant budgetary variances, identifying any remedial action that needs to be taken. Analyze the month end financial position, investigate variances and make appropriate adjustments if necessary, in line with internal procedures. Review reporting of sales and track weekly progress Perform impairment testing of property, plant and equipment Prepare and track Opex / Capex spend, ensure timely escalation and resolve accounting issues.
