Job Description

? Managing Fixed asset module on SAP S4 Hana.? Addition & Disposal of Assets RSC & SK monthly.? Managing month end closing activities including GL reconciliations.? Manage GL balances of RSC while ensuring compliances with regards to IFRS.? Recording, monitoring & Managing intercompany transactions, reconciliation and reporting .? Following up with regional and local HR team and raising invoices for cross charge of personnel cost.? Responding on monthly Balance sheet and P&L review to Line Manager.? Preparation of P&L till GP Level & reporting packs on weekly & monthly basis.? Preparation of Voucher consumption reports on weekly & monthly basis.? Clearing of GRIR & PA account & incoming regional invoices.? Lease asset recording in centavo and SAP.? Forex Valuation in SAP.? Resolving rule error in Lucanid.? Ensure accuracy of end-to-end processing of vendor payables (including verification, recording etc).? Accounts payable management including but not limited to verification & vendor reconciliation.? Clearing long outstanding GRIR/ Payables and Advances following up with internal stakeholders and vendors.? Recording & reversals of Marketing and other relevant Accruals and preparing complete accruals listing.? Liaise and coordinate with external and internal auditors and arrange the required information of completion of audit.? Update multiple Google docs weekly for management reporting.? Preparation of ad-hoc management reports including tablet reports, segmental and vertical level profitability report.? Supporting to Lead in liaison with statutory auditors.Requirements? Qualified ACCA/ICMA/CIMA or MBA Finance from renowned a university? Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience? Excellent knowledge of tax treatments (Withholding and Sales tax)? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Hands on experience of SAP FI Module, Vendor invoice Management tool (VIM) and? MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and word)A little About Us:
