Description :Grade Level: L2Location: KarachiLast date to apply: Apr 23rd, 2023Details of Role:The preferred candidate must have experience in a RAN Planning, design, and Optimization role and is technically savvy with solid multivendor (Huawei and ZTE). The applicant should have hands-on experience using radio planning/Optimization tools, and Microsoft office suite and can carry out projects and tasks independently.We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to advocate/defend what is right-even if it comes to conflict/disagreement with the management - with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpointsYou will be reporting to the Regional RAN Planning & Optimization Manager and will be deputed at JAZZ headquarters Karachi. You will have 2 peers who will be striving with you to accomplish routine tasksWhat Expert RF Planning & Optimization does?

• Vendor & project Management
• Perform network optimization at cellular/cluster level 2G/3G/4G to contribute to regional quality of service by investigating network performance
• Responsible for reviewing KPIs performance monthly, quarterly and annually
• LTE load balancing implementation to maximize user throughput, carrier aggregation and VoLTE implementation
• Spectrum Reframing and Technology Innovation
• Collaboration with QOS to assure quality KPIs
• Innovative and inhouse solutions to improve revenue
• 2G V/s 4G NAR monitoring & OAN correspondence
• Monitoring, reporting, and Benchmarking of all major and minor activities in the network that may have an impact on user experience
• Trials of latest features and technologies
• Network audits and standardization on discrepancies in network
• Designing and implementing RAN solutions that meet network coverage, capacity, and performance requirements as per marketing forecast or as per the business strategy requirement by using relevant tools like ASSET, MapInfo, Google Earth, Global Mapper, and other geographical applications
• Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and up sell value added services offered by the company
• Take ownership and ensure timely execution of tasks/projects
• Create a culture that supports the transformation agenda by embedding values?-based behaviours in our ways of work
• You will work with internal and external stakeholders including radio vendors, departmental heads/manager, technology, Commercial and Regulatory teams and all functions of the company for effective planning and delivery of projects and tasks
• A collaborative effort will result in capable and mature people leaders who drive the transformation journey at Jazz while caring for and growing their team members
• Ensure proper behaviour/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company

• Candidate should have RAN planning & Optimization Experience of 6-10 years
• Candidate should have knowledge of Future technologies and capable of having its trials and rollout which are beneficial for the network
• Candidate should have deep dive of all RAT (LTE, UMTS, 2G) RAN planning & Optimization
• Candidate should have multi vendors Hardware product knowledge and its Site solutions
• Candidate should be Innovative and should be able to come up with out of the box solutions
• Candidate should have Multivendor Hardcore radio planning & optimization skill set
• Candidate should be have a skill set on ZTE and HUA optimization tools
• Candidate should have communication and presentations skills to make solutions/ideas understandable for respective audience segments
• Candidate should drive for results to own initiatives and continuously evolve in line with analysis and feedback
• Candidate should have the ability to work effectively in a pressure and multitasking environment
• Candidate should have expertise in vendor performance monitoring tools and drive test tools
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office / Tableau/ Power BI
• Expertise on AI tools, Python & data science will be add-on
• Candidate should have knowledge inter-operator benchmark on the performance of JAZZ with the other operators.
