Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR , MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs
Conduct monthly meeting about progress review of MTTR, Repeat, Denial, MTTP, CHI, revenue and gross sale
Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement

Support Development Wing in Rehabilitation of DC under rehab projects
Propose new potential areas for MSAG/dry areas and propose MSAGs for LLC
Ensure Jointing of underground and aerial cable and testing of newly commissioned OSP network
Planning to handle underground cable faults under prioritized schedule
Perform Data cleansing and mapping.
Ensure periodic training of relevant fieldÿstaff on quality of installation and fault rectification.
Ensure Maintenance of underground cables, renovation of local loops
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor?s degree
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Telecom
