Job Description

The Position

  • Act as a resource and support function for the day to day requirements of the Managing Director.
  • Co-ordinate the weekly management meetings, prepare agenda and record and prepare the minutes.
  • Maintain and proactively update company organizational charts for distribution internally and internationally within Roche.
  • Prepare presentations for Managing Director for internal and external meetings.
  • Co-ordinate international travel for Roche Pakistan including Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and administer practical issues relating to Leadership Team meetings and other meetings as required. (conference room booking, managing time and arrangements).
  • Provide administrative assistance to other Enabling Team Members as required.
  • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening positive, proactive relationship with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Effectively liaise and coordinate with Region as required, for Managing Director and ET members for travel, virtual meetings and other requirements.
  • Any other tasks/ duties assigned by line manager to be performed.
  • Actively participates in internal company meetings with other administrative professionals, finds ways to apply new methods of working, improvements in work processes and supports an exchange of ideas among colleagues. Stays abreast with emerging knowledge and trends in administrative practices and collaborates with colleagues beyond own Department.
  • Provides back-up support to other teams as necessary, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and positive demeanor in the face of change. Participates in administrative project initiatives within or outside department/functional area.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines
  • Responsible to report incident / accident immediately to SHE department. Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented in his/ her area.
  • Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
  • Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical) as per the Local Core Map policy.
