The aim of this program is to develop the future engineering, operational and technical leaders within our Pharmaceutical Supply Chain. We?re looking for highly motivated engineering graduates who are keen to develop into our next engineering leaders. Throughout your 3 rotations, our Future Leaders Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. To strengthen your development and gain breadth, you could be based at any of our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sites in business-critical roles. You will develop your knowledge of vaccines and pharmaceutical manufacturing first-hand as well as your technical and leadership skills. Our Future Leaders graduate programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. Project management of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning Manage a range of engineering projects Interact with machine and facility supplier to develop best technical solution Be part of design, commissioning and validation testing within engineering projects Increase reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment Implement innovative, digital solutions Identify engineering best practice and new technologies, as part of the digital transformation Assist with asset management and maintenance (e.g. condition-based monitoring, predictive maintenance, machines? data collection for trouble shooting & business support). Identify, using data analysis, big data, areas for improvement. Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments, equipment issues and breakdowns Lead cross-functional teams in trouble shooting and improvement processes Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in engineering Drive continuous improvement through GSK production system and digitalization You will have: a relevant Engineering degree fluency in English a desire to learn about cutting-edge technologies used in Pharmaceutical & Vaccines manufacturing a keen interest in the healthcare industry the ability to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders to be eager to work with others and want to learn how to lead a team a high degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change to be process driven with good technical ability resilience and strong problem-solving skills desire to gain new knowledge and embrace new experiences What do we offer you?
