Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field from an HEC recognized institute/university
Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and pre-process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyse large datasets
Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for analysis
Skills Required:
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
