  • Community Management:
  • Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate discussions and encourage collaboration among community members.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote community activities and engage members.
  • Monitor social media channels for relevant trends and engage in conversations to boost community visibility.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to develop and implement community growth strategies.
  • Outreach and Networking:
  • Proactively reach out to potential community members, including investors, entrepreneurs, and companies.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations to expand the community network.
  • Organize and host events both virtual and in-person, to promote networking and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Grad / Undergrad in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
  • Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, investment landscape, and technology sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Shift Timings:Afternoon (12:00 p.m. ? 9:00 p.m.) or Afternoon Bi (3:00 p.m. ? 12:00 a.m.)
