Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Feb 21 2023 Job Purpose: The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for helping commercial team leverage data and identifying opportunities for improvement, spotting trends pertaining to secondary sales, as well as recognising potential issues and offering automated solutions. The work is aimed towards improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and being ambitious for patients. Education & Experience: Bachelors (Finance/Data Sciences/Analytics) 2 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: As a business intelligence analyst in GSK, you will be responsible for: ú Accumulating data from regional and national distributors to an in-house secondary sales system to generate monthly insights and reports. ú Extracting and cascading the monthly BAG report comprising of data from distributors measuring both primary and secondary sales performance ú Preparing a monthly health check report comprising of GSK performance versus competitors at various levels of dimensions and complexities. ú Updating monthly IQVIA (PKPI, MIP & SA) systems for updated data and cascading performance top line to measure corporation performance at various levels of dimensions. ú Preparing a monthly sales performance dashboard to monitor lead-lag KPIs against targets at sales manager, territory, and brick level. ú Preparing the monthly performance review deck and any ad-hoc work associated with it. ú Preparing the quarterly sales force incentive targets to establish the targets at sales manager and medical reps, and their disbursements. ú Managing the PIMS portal to cover any documentation relating to market research and ensuring that the material is compliant with GSK policies.
