Business Analyst-(2300011925)Job:Retail BankingPrimary Location:Africa & Middle East-Pakistan-KarachiSchedule:Full-timeEmployee Status:PermanentPosting Date:22/Jun/2023, 8:38:14 AMUnposting Date:06/Jul/2023, 10:59:00 PMResponsibilities:Looking for a Data Analyst whose primary responsibility is to provide relevant business insights and support towards application development & maintenance. The primary focus of the role is to work on the complex large data sets that are fit for purpose by leveraging advanced data & analytical tools and technology with in CPBB. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end analytics, solution development, deployment, performance assessment and disseminationto stakeholders. He needs to ensure timely solution delivery aligned with Business Objectives and expectationsKey Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and accordingly design and develop applications to support the business
  • Work on Databases & Analytical tools such as DB2, SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel & SAS
  • Develop, execute, and manage SQL & SAS scripts, functions, packages and database triggers & ETLs
  • Participate in various projects and new initiatives; develop / deploy and make suggestions as a technical expert
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic and flowcharts
  • Design & reconcile reports & dashboards for regular daily and monthly reporting
  • Highly proficient in data preparation and integration to produce valuable insights

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering from reputable recognised institution / university
  • Relevant years of strong experience required in the relevant field
  • Relevant experience in Data Structure, Design & Mining
  • Experienced in SQL, Software Development Lifecycle & SAS Scripts
  • Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team player
  • Must be able to manage priorities and handle simultaneous demands; willingness to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
