Come onboard as a Associate, Marketing and play your part in the Marketing Domain.On this journey, you will report toHead, Brand Strategy & Campaigns.Your Responsibilities will include: 1. Develop creative and persuasive copy for various marketing materialsincluding, but not limited to, websites, social media posts, advertisements,email campaigns, product descriptions, and landing pages.2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, targetaudience, and key messaging.3. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with brand voice and toneguidelines.5. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence tobrand standards.6. Work collaboratively with the marketing team on BTL initiatives and coordinate with procurement and external agencies for the execution of the campaigns.7. Set clear objectives/ KPIs of each of the BTL activations and make a post activity report to evaluate the performance of the activity.8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.9. Develop and maintain a detailed campaign schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of CRM initiatives. Create and manage a performance marketing schedule, coordinating with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure all campaign elements are executed on time. QualificationsYour role in this journey requires the following:Prior experience in content writing and agency background will be preferred.The candidate will work closely with the brand team, CRM and BTL manager.
