You will also oversee financial operations of different training programmes offered by NES i.e. programme management, administration, and serving as the principal resource for information, support, and quality control for educational programs especially those pertaining to American Heart Association (AHA) courses. Specific responsibilities include to:

• supervise and coordinate the overall administrative affairs of the department and maintain all relevant records in a systematic order
• oversee online nursing credentialing system and prepares required reports
• liaise with Finance and other relevant departments for development of cost packages
• review departmental reports related to budget variance and fund accounts with supervisor and take necessary actions
• maintain record of all financial transactions carried out by the department for transfer of payment against different courses conducted and follow-up with the concerned departments on the same
• supervise and maintain nursing services website with valid and up-to-date information
• design and create online course modules and quizzes, interactive assessments and other related activities.
• coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth execution of planned educational activities at international and national levels
• ensure compliance with American Heart Association (aha) standards for maintenance of ITC status as per protocols.

• Masters degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration
• at least five years of related experience, preferably having experience of hospital administration
• knowledge and skills to prepare cost packages for different educational programs
• capability to draft service contracts, memorandum of understanding and other necessary documents for external clients for provision of services
• excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
• flexibility to work in extended hours as per departmental needs and achieve targets under strict deadlines
• ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently and amicably solve complex problems
• proficiency in the use of computers applications, particularly the MS Office package.
