Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Oct 17 2022 Job Purpose To ensure finished products are tested and timely delivery to Commercial as per GSK, EHS and regulatory standards & compliance with the GMP/GLP practices. To ensure that Lab operation methods, instrumentation and documentation are (OOS/Atypical, Deviation, change control etc.) managed as per GSK Polices/ Requirements. To ensure timely adherence of product schedule. To carry out validation of analytical test method (finished , raw and Cleaning methods). To validate Equipment?s as per policy. Education & Experience: Pharm D MSc Chemistry 4-5 years of experience Key Responsibilities: To ensure tests methods are validated. To Validate test method as per GSK policy. To perform AEQMS as per standard procedure. To manage Reference standard and ensure inventory and management of secondary reference standards. To ensure the Quality of the products as per GSK Standards. To ensure availability of products in timely manner to commercial. To manage timely Submission of batch documents to Operational Quality. To conduct Management Monitoring Level 1 Audit of Lab Operation (NP) To ensure implementation of EHS standards and guidelines. To identify and implement OE/QIP projects. Review & Approval of Liquid/Raw materials/Tablets/ Utility Documents. To ensure the timely completion of L1, L2, L3 audits CAPAs generated and tracked in QWF in a well define manner to avoid any missing. To ensure that Documentation of Change control Deviation related to Lab Operation (NP) are properly managed in effective manner to close the change control and deviation timely. To manage & update the & line level performance management board. To perform cleaning test method validations.
