Assist the Manager in handling procurement of local market items, including cash management and requisitions on ERP.
Maintain records of approved, pending, and draft requisitions for market items in ERP.
Arrange meetings with Government personnel and ensure documentation for compliance with local Labor and Health & Safety laws.
Manage records for scrap sales, cash collection, and submission to the Finance Department.
Provide supervision for the Admin Executive and oversight for management-related issues, including housekeeping, fleet management, and security arrangements.
Develop and enforce administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
