We are one of the largest lab networks in the world that is CAP accredited, and with our team of highly qualified faculty, phlebotomists and technologists, we ensure to deliver fast and accurate results for routine and specialized testing, that are accepted by the doctors nationwide and globally.Our laboratory network is present in more than 290 locations spread over 125 cities in Pakistan and ourvalue-addedservices include mobile app service, stat reports, SMS alert, home lab sample collection (blood, urine, stool and other samples are collected from home), e-reports, real-time critical result reporting, multi-column reports and much more.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to:

  • assist different sections of the Laboratory in the preparation of financial feasibility for various new projects and costing exercise of laboratory tests
  • review the monthly budget variance report and perform expense analysis to reduce cost
  • assist in development and monitoring of the Service Line operating and capital budgets
  • coordinate with Laboratory sections and support departments for procurement of approved capital equipment on a timely manner
  • develop strategies for continuous improvement of laboratory operations including working on process improvements
  • assist in evaluating expenses for Outreach and Stadium road laboratory operations
  • assist in annual price increase exercise as per the approved budget with the coordination of different laboratory sections
  • perform any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:Applicant should have:
  • Master?s degree / ACCA , CMA willbe preferred
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in a reputable organization
  • Knowledge of resource management including financial management
  • Ability to analyze budget variance reports and other statistical data
  • Good command over MS Office
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in teams to produce innovative solutions.
