Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Officer to play a lead role in scaling VavaCars in Pakistan. You will enjoy working with smart, creative, and energetic people. This is a hands-on role with responsibility and impact from day one.Responsibilities

  • Maintain the daily operations of accounting department including: month & year end process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger
  • Ensure the records are complete, properly signed off including any documentary evidence, invoices & vouchers
  • Verification of sales through banks and internal portals.
  • Creating and verifying payments
  • Handling petty cash
  • Inventory count and verification on daily basis
  • Preparing bank reconciliation on daily basis
  • Preparing car delivery orders on daily basis
