Interior DesignerLocation: Dubai, UAE Company: M&M Design Associates Job Summary:M&M Design Associates is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for luxury interior design. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects that align with our brands vision.Key Responsibilities:Design & Concept Development:Develop innovative design concepts and mood boards based on client requirements and brand aesthetics.Create detailed space planning, layouts, shop drawings and 3D visualizations.Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with project themes and budgets.Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of luxury and functionality.Project Coordination & Execution:Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of design concepts and address any on-site challenges.Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes to ensure efficiency.Client & Vendor Management:Present design proposals and concepts to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and furnishings.Ensure that all design elements align with client expectations and brand standards.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design.Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, photoshop, 3ds Max (vraycorona), Revit (optional).Excellent understanding of materials, furnishings, and finishes used in luxury interiors.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design excellence.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Why Join UsAt M&M Design Associates , we push the boundaries of creativity to deliver world-class interiors.
