Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for Sr Coordinator III, Outbound Logistics Located in Jubail, KSA Job Purpose: Ensure to process and fulfill the orders of customers with on-time deliveries and act as interface between customer, Shipping lines, freight forwarder, Transporters, Custom Authority, Ministry of commerce and Plant. Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper order management in accordance with the requirements of marketers to meet customers satisfaction.
  • Consolidate and prepares order bookings sent by marketers to the freight forwarders, Transporters and service provides.
  • Ensure and check with shipping line the space availability with a minimum transit time.
  • Optimizes all transports in the most cost efficiency way.
  • Create and maintain deliveries according to Delivery Due List in SAP.
  • Ensures to allocate batches in FIFO basis.
  • Work closely with Shipping lines, Freight forwarders and transporters to ensure the timely delivery of containers and Trucks to loading site and ship on time.
  • Prepare the Daily loading plan for the Freight forwarders and Service providers.
  • Prepare required export documents for all shipments.
  • Prepare the shipment plan for all process orders.
  • Monitor the Flow of goods and documents from the booking till the shipment arrive to the destination.
  • Received Hub PO from marketers and convert to Sales order by creating it in SAP system.
  • Execute MIGO and Post Goods Issue in sap for first leg and Second leg shipments.
  • Objectively and promptly investigate all Outbound logistic complaints and or follow-up by the client.
  • Participate weekly/monthly S&OP meeting to updates the orders movements.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly and other presentation reports related to shipments and orders movements.
  • Check and verifies accuracy of invoice information from the truckers and Freight Forwarders and execute the Service Entry and PO in SAP.
  • Ensures that the company rules and regulation, company policies, quality standard, department standard operating procedure and safety within the organization should be always observed.
  • Carries out other similar or related duties such as proper maintenance and up keeping of company records and files.
  • The employee shall carry out other duties as requested by his superior
  • Perform the assigned task the best of his ability, to achieve the mission and vision of the company
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Diploma in related major
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant filed
  • Good knowledge of distribution management system
  • Strong ability in SAP (modules SD, WM, MM) and Microsoft Office Applications
