Sales Engineer

Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Promote and conduct Sales work on the assigned EagleBurgmann product(s) to the targeted customers within the territory/market areas assigned.
• Initiate communication, manage, interpret the customer requirement, and come up with a plan to fulfil the requirement with possible highest satisfaction (including specification interpretation, quotation, bidding proposal, and any other supports may require)
• Negotiating tender, contract terms and close Sales
• Provide certain level of guideline, pre-sales technical assistance, and product education to customers (where requires)
• Conduct and provide reports as required (periodically & as per request)
• Liaising with other members of Sales team and others, plus utilize available resource at that time to ensure the best possible solution & outcome of each work/task assigned.
• Maintain existing and establish new relationships with customers under territory/market areas given
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct report manager (if any)
