3. JOB OBJECTIVE:Responsible for IT services to ingenia users in KSA and UAE. Implement and ensure compliance with IT policy at KSA plant and UAE. Manage service partners in KSA and UAE. Manage and monitor basic IT services and security such as network availability, desktop/laptop maintenance, OS installation, Printers, Scanners, E-mail, SAP application access, Avaya communication system, internet access, desktop applications, connectivity and technical infrastructure for manufacturing process software (GE Cimplicity), Access control and security cameras, backup and recovery of critical systems, connectivity to Ingenia wide WAN. Responsibility includes Maintenance and inventory of all IT assets (including software licenses), SLA compliance to end users and monitoring of external service providers.5. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: DescriptionIT services to usersAct as a first point of contact for all IT users in the region. Manage IT services such as E-mail, Network availability, Security, local data archiving etc. Manage and monitor local IT budget. Manage all IT assets in the regionImplement IT policyRoll out of end user IT policy.
