Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

• Tendering, making quotations, monitoring activities of projects, proficient with computer internet working.
• Need to organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Reports to and receive technical and operational supervision from designated supervisory personnel.
• Performs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed
• Independently provides financial reporting and trending, with oversight, for the project cost engineer.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. To determine the specifications of the project.
• Develop and review schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and verify needed actions/plans.
• Provide field-level planning support for site construction.
