Then this opportunity is for you!?HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED:???????Possibility of career advancement at McDonald?s accessible to all who show dedication, great work ethics and embody the company?s values.??????Annual salary review.??????Complete training offered for Swing manager.??????Free meal during your shift and 50% discount at all times.??????Benefit from group insurance, drug, life and dental coverage after the approval period.??????Night bonus offered.??????A very stimulating work environment where you will feel at ease within your work team.?JOB DETAILS?As a Swing manager, you will be asked to work full-time, 40 hours a week and be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the possibility of working overtime.?Salary offered is $15.10/h (+1$ per hour for night shifts)?Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of the staff who prepare, disperse and serve food;?Provide training for personnel in their duties, hygiene and safety standards.?Ensure the quality of food and service, in accordance with established standards.?Keep records of inventories, repairs, sales and losses, and order the ingredients and supplies necessary for the preparation of meals.?Manage operations with integrity, passion, and knowledge while promoting values and culture of the restaurant.?Performs kitchen duties such as assembling orders and preparing food with McDonald?s standards.?Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, work areas and clean the equipment.?Perform customer service tasks such as greeting customers, answering their needs, taking orders and assembling them.?JOB REQUIREMENTS???????Fluency in French, spoken (Mandatory)??????Proficiency in English, spoken (Asset)??????2 years experience in fast food restaurants??????Work experience in management tasks such as team, inventory, process management (a great asset)??????Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems quickly??????High school diploma (mandatory)??????College and/or university education (asset)??????Specific restaurant training programs (asset)??????Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including assessment of customer needs and customer satisfaction??????A good positive attitude!??????Must be available to work on different shifts (Day, evening and night)?***?ABOUT WORKLAND:Workland creates perfect matches between recruiting companies and talented professionals.
