Position SummaryTo ensure smooth office operations and act as the main point of contact for the assigned portfolio. Oversee company procedures, health and safety measures, and day-to-day facility operation by managing suppliers and Landlords. Support Nestle`s values by implementing office guidelines, ?green? initiatives, and providing regular feedback on the office performance. Get involved in related real estate transactions and capital projects if necessary and coordinate activities on-site level.?The WS Supervisor has a budget ownership role and is responsible to keep facility operations within the agreed budget. Subject to local organizational built-up, the manager is responsible for selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the unit. Personally accountable for the overall performance and result of the local team.?A day in the life of...Workplace service delivery- Monitor all facility services as per defined KPIs and scope of local FM service contracts, payment, and change terms- Provide regular office performance reporting review and analysis to oversee the operations of third party service providers?- Understand local health and safety requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations and/or Nestle standards?- Monitor deliverables by Landlords (maintenance and repair of critical building assets, fire safety standards)- Make arrangements for site-level end-user surveys, interprets results, and prepare recommendations accordingly- Manage local workplace communication with internal Communication team, business, and end-users- Execute on Sustainability targets (if applicable), energy monitoring, and promote sustainable building solutions- Fleet management, supervise and monitor usage and optimize the number of company vehicles
