RO Operation, Water Testing, Chemical Dosing, Maintaining Log sheets, Conducting PMs, Conducting OEM Services.
Air Compressor Operation, Maintenance, Routine Checkups, maintaining log sheets, Conducting PMs, Conducting OEM services.
Steam Boiler Operations, Routine Checkups, Maintenance, PM scheduling, Basic Trouble Shootings, Conducting OEM Services.
Water Pump & Pump Room maintenance.
Piping erection, Measuring, Cutting and installation.
Participate in new machinery installation and implement testing to ensure that it operates properly.
Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all Utility components in production lines.
Performing routine inspections of machinery and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
Implement of PM schedule plan and ensure completion as a target.
Follow up daily MR?s & WOs through the ERP system to ensure smooth operation.
Support section & engineers in achieving MTTR & MTBF targets.
Assist with commissioning of new equipment / projects
Order and maintain appropriate stock of�
