Our client is a leading security solutions provider and systems integrator in the Middle East. Security solutions such as Building management systems BMS , CCTV Surveillance, Biometric, Aerial Surveillance, fire alarm etc.Job Role:Manage and oversee the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities.Scheduling / Dispatching the team for Work Orders/Tasks.Allocate works orders to directly employed operations teams and / or supply chain.Ensure Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks are achieved to meet pre-determined KPI?sLiaise with clients and contract staff, ensuring practice standards and development is achievedLog & close calls / jobs on the helpdesk database utilizing helpdesk software. Calls / jobs may be received by telephone, email or in person.Track job progress against pre-determined KPI?s including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures.Report to clients and operational teams on works progress and completion.Maintain and update as appropriate all paperwork subject to contract auditManage the sales administration duties to ensure orders are processed in a correct and timely manner.Work location :KAUST
