Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo supervise wholesales sales Representatives to ensure that Halwani customers receive excellent, timely service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of ? displayed outlets within a specified geographical location.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise wholesales sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control wholesales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives.
  • Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets.
  • Fill in for route wholesales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani?s accounts.
  • Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly.
  • Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
  • Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area.
  • Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements.
  • Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets, and increase the proficiency level of his staff.
  • Perform any other assignments required from him within his scope of work.
  • Coordinate with the branch manager/ Regional sales manager? in all aspects related to wholesales rep, customers, collection percentage and deliver the required reports to ensure smooth operation
