Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo develop demand, and achieve customer wins for Halwani products through presentations and skillful selling from small to medium sized supermarket (SMB). within a specified geographical location.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential Halwani clients to meet the sales targets.?
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.?
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to assist him in achieving the targets.?
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and collections.?
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to keep track on performance.?
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.?
  • Implement preplanned special sales activities to reduce stock.?
  • Follow-up for collection of payment to reduce customer?s dues.
  • Provide on job training to merchandizers in his area to improve their performance
