Water Treatment OperatorJob Location : JeddahDescription :? As RO Plant Operator: To run the plant according to the manufacturer?s prescribed procedure. To operate the plant with the aim of achieving in-spec water quality. To conduct physio-chemical tests on raw & treated water. To see to it that all consumables of the RO plant are changed/replenished as per schedule and or when necessary and that enough stock is kept for the continuous operation of the plant. To operate the plant efficiently. To report any abnormality of process equipment. To calibrate tools & equipment. To prepare reports & maintain records. To inspect & see to it that the workplace in his designated scope of assignment are clean & in hygienic condition.? As Reverse Osmosis Service Technician: To conduct regular checks on? RO/RO membrane, 2) CIP System & 3) Ozonator - controls, pumps, valves, water lines & tanks condition and to repair or replace parts that are defective. Observe preventive maintenance tasks, schedule and equipment servicing. To involve & coordinate with the maintenance team in case a bigger problem occurs. To see to it that important parts or easily worn out parts have available spares. To conduct regular inventory on parts. Maintain records.? As Compounder : To prepare & blend salts in a sanitary way & in accordance to ISO document. To see to it that only w/in spec batch of salts and salt solutions are used for production. To observe any other guidelines for preparation & consumption.? As Water Treatment Plant Chemist : To operate the Minimal Water Treatment Plant. To see to it that all necessary materials are available for the continuous operation of the plant. To conduct physio-chemical tests on raw & treated water. To see to it that the raw water feed for treatment are within specifications. To see to it that the treated water used in syrup & beverage making are within specifications. To report any abnormality of process equipment. To calibrate tools & equipment. Maintain records. To inspect & see to it that the workplace in his designated scope of assignment is clean & in hygienic condition.? Adhere to HSE, AIBI and food safety regulations in work to fulfill regulatory and system compliance (mention standards as applicable).Requirements :?Minimum Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medical Technology, Biochemistry or any science related courses?Minimum 5-3 years Work experience?Minimum 3 years preferably in a Food Industry
