Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient utilization of resources, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to safety protocols.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
  • Plan and allocate resource schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee receiving, inventory management, and stock control processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and track shipment schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments to anticipate inventory needs and avoid stockouts.
  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure and clean work environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to streamline operations, improve workflow, and minimize errors.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, such as delays, bottlenecks, and system malfunctions.
  • Utilize computerized systems (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze data.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in warehouse management.
