Ensure standard warehousing practices are followed in the warehouse as per the SOP?s.
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company?s policies and procedures.
Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Ensure the Quality and Safety procedures of Binzagr Company are followed on day to day operations.
Maintain standards of Health and Safety, hygiene and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, customers and transport companies to ensure all the SLA?s are met.
Plan work rotation, assign tasks appropriately to the warehouse staff and execute shift rotor as planned to optimize the operational productivity.
Coach and motivate the operational employees for efficient and productive work atmosphere.
Ensure the operational reports (IN/OUT stock status report, dead stock report, KPI reports, productivity reports, Customer KPI?s as per the agreed SLA?s etc.) are shared to the concerned parties on Daily basis.
Monitor and Analyze the Monthly KPI?s (Internal and Customer) for efficiency and improvements with the reasons for any deviations in the target. Will also ensure proper measures are placed to achieve the target with immediate effect.
Monitor and report the productivity of all resources (Machine & manpower), and also execute measures to reduce the resources wherever applicable.
Participate on the daily shift briefing on the operational floor to monitor the handover and takeover are done without any gaps.
Follow up on the scheduling of Inbound and outbound trucks (transport management).
