Job Description

  • Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company?s policies and vision.
  • Planning, Scheduling, and monitoring daily Receiving and Distribution Operations.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Plan and Direction on maintaining stock and bin accuracy.
  • Develop procedures and strategies to reduce Handling Damages & Inventory Losses.
  • Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Manager.
