Job purpose:Perform vessel ? stowage planning for discharging & loading the containers thereby ensuring smooth vessel operations.ÿKey responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure efficient and highly productive vessel planning with due consideration to the vessel stability and safety under load and discharge operations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPreparation and execution of crane split and discharge and load sequence to support, achieve and sustain productivity targets per quay crane operation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿUnderstand vessel stability and safety under discharge and load criteria and whether intended discharge and load plan meets those criteria.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain ownership of the vessels under operations and assist yard equipment controller and yard planner if planning disturbances occur during vessel operation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿControls the execution of the vessel operation plan.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure efficient communication with the lines for all needed information from both side, including data transfers.úÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for providing internal staff, vessel?s command, shipping lines and agents with information about vessel operations progress.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMeet vessel on arrival, to provide all required documents to vessel?s command and gets loading plan approval.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMeet vessel upon completion of operations ensuring that vessel?s command and shipping lines receive final departure plan and all related paperwork in a timely manner.úÿÿÿÿÿÿKeeps TOS updated with all operations time and data.úÿÿÿÿÿÿFilling and archiving of vessel planning related papers in accordance with standard operating procedures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the management.ÿÿ
