Company Activity:Waste Trasnport via Trucks, which requires skills in human interactions (drivers / technicians) and planning / coordination interest .and General Maintenance understanding (preventive/post) for waste compactors.1. Responsibility for work safety of drivers and maintenance (using safety shoes and work clothing, etc)2. Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, or meeting with individual staff members and develop this important issue3. Negotiate and authorize agreements with subcontractors and monitor their fulfilment4. Co-ordination of all complaints and issues with subcontractors and customers5. Disposition of maintenance team for necessary services on outside compactors, customer sites, internal and contracted services6. Control of maintenance documentation7. Accept customer calls in case of emergencies8. Develop improvements and propose to the superior manager9. Strong exchange of information with Sales Manager and other stations10. Collaborate with other managers or staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, or objectives.11. Monitoring of lifecycle costs of own trucks and equipment12. Manage activity in the assigned regions13. Co-ordination with workshops and other external suppliers14. Petty Cash handling15. Managing the Yard, Labours, Accommodation16. Monitoring Trucks (Cleaning, Preventive Maintenance)17. Monitoring Compactors and Equipment (Cleaning, Media Stickers)18. General purchasing for company requirements19.
