Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:?????????Responsible for follow-up/ planning training and career development short and long-term, and succession plans to satisfy the company requirements.?????????Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with Section Head.

  • Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company.
  • Organize training (send invitations; establish locations and follow up results).
  • Delivering training programs to company employees on soft skills (projects & headquarters employees).
?????????Deploy a wide variety of training methods.?????????Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.?????????Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices?????????Manage external training providers (from the selection of the benefiter department to the closure of the projects).?????????Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.?????????To follow-up training and career development short and long-term plans.?????????Organizing and coordinating potential training programs, company?s indoor instructors for the targeted training programs.?????????Follow-up all department functions to the staff, planning, updating and monitor all training career development plans.?????????Prepare and submit reports to Section Head, implement activities organized by T&C Section Head and suggest programs for the continuous development and improvement of organization?????????Ensure all training needs i.e., facilities, equipment and materials are properly organized based on standard qualification.?????????Operates data entry terminals in a particular designated program.?????????Generates, provides, and keep confidentiality of any reliable information report concerning organization.?????????Follow-up training need and coordination with management activities.?????????Responsible for effective implementation of quality, occupational health & safety, and environmental management system requirements as applicable.?????????Perform any assignment specified by Human Resources Manager.?????????Determine training to other field if require and related to work activity.
