Responsible for overseeing the day to day training in the business as well as writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures. They will also be working closely with the in-store teams to identify training needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Deliver the detailed training program for all employees across the business.? Work closely with in-store teams to identify any training requirements and shortfalls.? Creating and delivering training content to fit within brand standards.? Creating and writing SOPs for all activities across the business.? Managing and supporting all employees online training records across the business.? Creating new training content.? Delivering training both in person and remotely when required.? Creating and delivering training plans and SOP?s.? Developing SOP?s to ensure the smooth operational running of the business.
