The Training & Development Manager will be responsible for identifying employees? training needs, creating, and monitoring training plans and courses to help staff improve their knowledge and skills and boost their performance, and producing and selecting suitable course content to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Prepare and implement training budget; maintain records and reports of expenses.

Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
Train managers and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
Suppliers/Vendors: (Regulators/Others):
Examine and choose teaching materials from various suppliers to ensure high-quality training courses.
People/Employee: (Unit/Group-wide):
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Develop and maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
