úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConducts technical training programs in offices and stores.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreate instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿContinuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.ÿPlan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.ÿMinimum Job Qualifications Requirement:
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training & Instructional Design.ÿ
