Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience?s training needs
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner?s performance and develop assessment instruments
úConducts technical training programs in offices and stores.ÿúCreate instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).ÿúAssist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.ÿúContinuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.ÿúMentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.ÿúEnsure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.ÿúManage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.ÿPlan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.ÿMinimum Job Qualifications Requirement:
Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training & Instructional Design.ÿ
