Job Description

The Trade Finance Officer is responsible for providing trade finance services to the company, including the issuance of letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade finance principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:

  • Issue letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with banks and other counterparties.
  • Monitor and track trade finance transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain trade finance documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as sales, accounting, and legal, to ensure the smooth execution of trade finance transactions.
  • Provide support to other treasury functions, such as cash management and risk management.
