Job Description

Job Summary:The Ticketing Manager position will be a leadership role responsible for all aspects to do with ticketing. You will need to put your planning and operational skills to achieve optimal implementation. You will be responsible for ticketing from inception to execution & everything in between.Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, communicating & negotiating with vendors to receive the highest level of required service.
  • Represent and deliver service excellence.
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Creating & maintaining a ticketing plan that shows an entire overview of completed tasks, future tasks, and key milestones.
  • Creating & maintaining the ticketing team?s operations staffing schedule.
  • Understanding system & operational requirements and being able to document them and communicate them with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver the expected customer journey.
  • Knowing the ins & outs of the selected ticketing system.
  • Managing the operations ticketing team and dealing with the day-to-day on-ground issues.
